"We decided to continue trying some different events at PPMS in 2012 and the Steel Block Bandits event is one of them," commented Matt Miley, PPMS owner. "We feel that the Series' has been well received at the facilities they have competed at thus far in 2012 and we believe that the PPMS fans will enjoy the competition between their competitors and our Pro-Late drivers."

Steel Block Bandits Co-Promotor Butch Mayo is also excited for the Series to make their debut at PPMS this weekend, "We're very excited to have a premier facility like PPMS secure a race with our series. We reached out to them to secure a race for the Bandits at PPMS because of the Miley Family's extensive involvement in racing, including the UFo Series. It's definitely a shot in the arm for our series to have a promoter like Matt show the confidence in what we're doing within the steel block racing community."
