Longtime Performance Racing Network announcer, Doug Rice had a unique opportunity this weekend to do the double that Indy/NASCAR racers have long attempted... Doug participated as a Pit Reporter at the Indy 500 and then flew to Charlotte to announce the Coca Cola 600.
His experience is amazing, and you can read more about it here... But one bit of his experience in the pits was remarkable when he caught the Thrill of Victory from the crew of Juan Pablo Montoya. We think you'll agree that the excitement is absolutely amazing!
I was reporting in Montoya's pit when he won the Indy 500 and shot this video, wait and watch the team's reaction, the thrill of victory.
