I’ve Been A Racing Fan Ever Since… early 60's
I Love Racing Because… Family and friend owner/drivers dirt track stockcars
The best race I have ever been to was… all of them!
My biggest ‘racing memory’ is… Dale Sr. Daytona 500 Victory

My earliest memory of dirt track racing was in early 60's when my late father; George W. Palmer owner of 88a would put myself and my brother in the back of that great ride with his driver, Ernie Reid and take the last victory lap! Even if it wasn't a night for a victory lap my father made sure brother and I got that ride because dad knew back then it was memories in the making of a passion never forgotten! I follow a good friend presently from Fayetteville, N.C. whom is the Owner/Driver of a Vinage 1936 Chevy Coupe. The ride was completely restored by Peter Corey and is respectfully making headways on the Carolina dirt! Vintage and dirt are my passion...many memories and alot more on the horizon!
