ELS Modified Drivers Race Hard in Alabama at Ice Bowl

It’s cold & snowy in the Charlotte area today, but some of our East Lincoln Speedway Modified drivers were able to warm up their cars this past weekend down at the Talladega Short Track in this year’s ICE BOWL.
In total there were 5 ELS Modified drivers racing, included were Kyle Strickler, Nick Stroupe, Nick Hoffman, Buck Stevens & Steve Dietrich. In total, there were 30 Modifieds competing to make the 24 car field & all five ELS drivers made it into the show, with young Nick Stroupe as highest finishing ELS car in 3rd place. Steve Dietrich brought home an impressive 7th place finish & 2010 ELS Modified Champion Kyle Strickler finished 8th. Nick Hoffman & Buck Stevens finished outside the top 10.
