I-75 Raceway geared up to kick off busy season

The off-season is finally drawing to a close, and the smell of the racing fuel is about to be in the air. I-75 Raceway will unofficially kick off the 2015 season with an open practice on Tuesday March 17th before officially kicking off the season on Saturday night March 21st during the Four Cylinder division Shootout. $500 will be up for grabs as the stars of the Four Cylinder division go to battle on the 3/8 mile clay of I-75 Raceway. Also in action on March 21st will be the B-Hobby, Sportsman, Limited Late Model, and Thunder divisions. On Tuesday March 17th, the gates will open at 3:00p ET with practice running from 5:00p until 8:00p ET. This open practice doubles as a swap meet. Admission cost is only $10 per person in the pits. Grandstands will be open to spectators free of charge.
On Saturday March 21st, gates will open at 4:00p ET with the drivers meeting scheduled for 6:00p ET and hotlaps immediately following around 6:15p ET. Adult grandstand admission will be $10, kids 6-12 only $5 and kids 5 & under are free. Tier parking is $15 for adults, kids 6-12 $10 and kids 5 & under free. Pit admission is $25 for adults, $15 for kids 6-12 and kids 5 & under free. Please note, parents or legal guardians must sign a minor release form for all minors before entry is permitted into the pit area.
I-75 Raceway is located 4 miles north on State Highway 68 off Interstate 75 Exit 60 in Sweetwater, TN. Need a landmark? We’re just past the “Taner Timber” sawmill on the left. I-75 Raceway is a very affordable entertainment choice on Saturday night for the whole family!
