Drivers will be looking to lay the lumber on their fellow competitors in the race to victory lane with the first heat commencing at 6:00 p.m. Spectator gates open at 5:00 p.m.  This is the second of six shows scheduled at South Arcade Speedway for 2011 and please note that the track has switched from Friday to Saturday night this year. There will also be kid’s bike races and a bike giveaway.
Due to the low car count in the Fastrak Late Models, Promoter Mike Lauterborn has announced that the Late Models have been taken off the racing card at the speedway and will not be in competition on Saturday June 25. The speedway will work on bringing the Late Models back when it is possible to increase the numbers in the division.
The speedway welcomes Schwab Aggregates as the new sponsor of the Street Stock division. Schwab Aggregates is owned by Jason Schwab and is a new business which caters to the farming and concrete industry. They specialize in providing sub bases for new building construction including residential housing and carry concrete sand, drainage stones for septic tanks, decorative and oversized stones as well as washed, pea and clean stone.
Racer Dave Heitzhaus is the General Manager of Schwab Aggregates. Western New York race fans know the “Strikersville Flash” from his successful Modified, Late Model, Charger and Motocross endeavors.  Dave still races today and one of his biggest victories was in the Late Model U.S. Open that is run each year at Dunn Tire Raceway Park.
Schwab Aggregates is located at 2324 Elton Road in Delevan, N.Y. and their phone number is 716-353-2498.
